What we collect
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, phone number, arrival and departure dates, number of guests, the apartment you are interested in and your message. With it we keep the language of the website you used and the time of sending, and a one-way code derived from your connection that only serves to limit misuse of the form.
Why we use it
We use these details only to answer your enquiry and, if you book, to arrange your stay. We do not use them for marketing and do not pass them on to anyone, apart from the email service that delivers your enquiry to us.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as it takes to handle them and at most two years after the stay they concern. Data that the law requires us to keep, such as the registration of guests during a stay, is kept for the period the law prescribes.
Your rights
You may ask us to show, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or to limit its use, by writing to muretasasa48@gmail.com.
Cookies and statistics
This website sets no cookies. We count page views without identifying you: each view is recorded with a code made from your connection, browser and the day, which cannot be traced back to you and changes every day.
